User and Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property and Design Rights

All design concepts, drawings, plans, and related documents provided as part of our Design and Build or Consultancy Services remain the intellectual property of our company unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays due to force majeure, third-party negligence, or client delays. Our liability is limited to the scope defined in the project contract.

Some services, such as specialized equipment installation or LEED certification, may be provided by third-party vendors. We are not liable for issues arising from the actions or omissions of these third parties, though we will coordinate and oversee their involvement as part of the project.
